Cashbook transactions can now be posted to the Sales Taxes
control account. This facilitates point 3 and is used to process the actual
sales tax amount paid or refunded.

New payroll
routine added to export a pay run to text file in the First National Bank
Bankit format. Other bank formats will be done on request.

New payroll
process form to import time and attendance system log files. Currently
catering for Uniclox and Control Instruments formats. Additional formats will
be created on request.

New dates
mechanism implemented. The FirstDayOfYear properties that were required for
deemed calculations is no longer required. The system now uses a day based
determination of the deemed amount.

The system
will now warn if the 'Discharge' (D) variable is used in the pay run types
when starting a pay run.

An identifier
has been added to flag all transactions that have been overwritten. This data
will be available in a report format to follow.

A voluntary
over deduction of tax has been added to the employee form. Entering an amount
in this field will allow an over deduction and show this over deduction on
both the tax summary and on the pay slip.

Allowances
now have the option of selecting whether the full or only the taxable portion
be shown on the IRP5's. This is useful when catering for some fringe benefits.

The Administrator module
now has a merge function
where a payroll only dataset can now be merged into an existing dataset
without the payroll module activated.

Grid
scrolling by using the mouse wheel has been added. This makes the select forms
function more usable.
General

The email system has been
upgraded to support various mail back ends. This object also caters for
embedded graphics. Email settings are customisable per user by selecting Admin,
Users and clicking on the Mail tab.
